The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, and the staff were friendly and courteous.

The rooms are reasonably large with a TV, bar, for instance and the staff are welcoming. There is a huge variety of good food for breakfast.

Stayed for 13 nights, the stuff was excellent and affable during all this time. The hotel was in a particularly good and exceptional location near local shops, the garden and Cala Millor for what we wanted it for:)))

Our stay at Tropicana was lovely. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a big balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we received a free child cot. The daily cleaning was a nice touch. The all inclusive food was great, especially the dinners with their variety. The two swimming pools were a bonus, and we appreciated the indoor pool when the weather wasn't ideal. The location was tranquil, yet still close to the beach and public transportation. Loved the bingo and quiz nights!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk from the beach but still remains peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the promenade. The variety and quality of food were top notch, especially the baby friendly restaurant. The pools were clean and well-kept, and the location close to the sea made for stunning views.

The sound isolation could use some improvement as guests were able to hear noise from neighboring rooms and bathrooms.

I had a blast staying at this hotel. Its exceptional cleanliness, great hotel facilities and a delicious breakfast were only a few of the many things I loved about this hotel. Additionally, its location close to the beach and the sea, yet hidden from all the noise of the promenade was a major plus. But what really stood out to me was the staff's exceptional hospitality which made my stay truly unforgettable.

This hotel is conveniently located near the beach and local shops, making it easy to explore the area. The suite was perfect for our needs and the food offered a great variety of options. We also enjoyed having drinks at The Sun Deck nearby.

Tropicana Hotel had everything I needed - free bikes to explore, a fitness center to pretend I work out, and even an indoor pool to hide from the awful weather. And let's not forget the thrilling table tennis matches!

Who needs a safety first aid kit when you can have loud music until 11pm that keeps your baby awake? Great job, Tropicana!

During our Xmas vacation, we stayed at a hotel with fantastic buffet options and a great animation team that kept everyone entertained. The staff was super friendly and attentive, with lifeguards on hand, making us feel safe and secure. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach and shops, providing the perfect mix of convenience and relaxation.

We did experience a few setbacks during our stay, including slow or unavailable Wi-Fi service and a dirty surrounding area outside of the hotel. the air conditioning in our room was not functioning correctly, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel had a great variety of cocktails included in the all-inclusive package, which was a nice treat. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the beach and the city center.

One thing that I didn't like was that the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Another downside was that the walls in the rooms were quite thin, so we could hear noise from neighboring rooms.
